The Regulations of Mortuary Sanitary Police (In Spain), dating back to 1974, consider the human remains of sufficient entity -to be recognized as human beings- coming from abortions as corpses, and thus, they deserve the minimum respect of being carried in a vehicle of a funeral service with the suitable conditions, and with the general destination that every corpse has: to the cemetery for its incineration or burial. These regulations, (supposedly) still being observed, intend to be modified by the socialist Government (in Spain). As a matter of fact, the preliminary sketch (of the new regulation) facilitated by the Government does not consider as “human remains”  the dead fetus until 28 weeks of gestation."  (ABC)

Polemical Record: 50 abortions live
The abortionist activities of the director of this clinic (Dr. Carlos Morin) are not at all a thing of the present. He started in Alicante (Spanish Eastern Coast) quite a few years ago. He has also provoked controversies for spreading his activities. For instance, on the month of October, 2003, the director for this clinic invited 230 personalities of the sector dedicated to the practice of abortions, to the "First Multicultural International Simposium of Reproductive Health", held at the Melià Hotel of Barcelona. The program published in www.fundacionmorin.org offered to do 50 abortions live, and the possibility "to carry out an intervention hands on, that is, to participate physically in a 'voluntary interruption of the pregnancy' - with the best doctors in Reproductive Health”. The abortions were practiced on Friday, October, the 17^th, 2003, between five and seven of the afternoon, as the program on the web page explains, to 30 pregnant patients of 0 to 3 months; 15 patients of 3 to 6 months and 5 more women whoe were more or less close to fulfilling the sixth month of gestation.
